My name is Ashley and I am the owner of Modern Mustang Marketing + Design. As a first-generation equestrian, I fell in love with the Equine/Agricultural Industries at a young age. Through college, I learned to push my artistic mind into the world of Digital Marketing. I have now found my calling of helping equine/agricultural based businesses.

When I was a college student I had no idea what I wanted to do. I knew my passion for horses was strong, but cracking into the equine industry can be difficult. Especially for a first-generation equestrian. Going into college I was undecided as to which major to pursue. As I worked towards a college degree I excelled in writing courses, impressing my professors. They relentlessly convinced me to become an English major to which I caved. I was drawn to the storytelling aspect of writing.
As a freshmen in college I started working for WPRA World Champion Martha Josey and her husband AQHA World Champion R.E. Josey. I immersed myself in their Ranch office every chance I could get, drawn to their lives in the Rodeo Industry.
As I completed my undergraduate degree I continued my studies to pursue my Masters of Business Administration while taking over the Josey Enterprises Marketing Efforts. I found my passion for storytelling and skills in digital marketing brought success to the Josey Ranch’s Marketing.
Since graduation in 2021, I have spent my time promoting several equine and western-based businesses utilizing my skills to tell the different stories behind each brand through various channels of marketing.
